Hi Intelligentsia Coffee

I'm a coffee roaster in London, England (www.londiniumespresso.com) & just found your site while browsing the web.  Well done - its really cool.  (did the San Pellegrino water bottle inspire your logo - red star, blue text???)  Anyway, to the point, i did a search & couldnt find anyone on this forum talking about Swissgold filters.  We use them over in this part of the world & love them - they knock a paper filter off the table.  Keen to hear what you think of them over in the US.
